Our delivery process
Order our specialty alcohol cake and enjoy free delivery on the date of your choosing. We deliver seven days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm.
- You choose the delivery date, and on that day, we deliver our cakes between 8 am and 5 pm seven days a week.
- The day before the delivery, we will send you a two-hour delivery window. This will help insert "you plan your day and"you plan your day and ensure someone is home to accept the delivery.
- If your event starts before 5 pm we recommend the delivery date the day prior.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY THROUGHOUT MELBOURNE?
We deliver throughout the Melbourne region, including Braeside, Hallam, Boronia, Wonga Park, Wallan, Mickleham, Sunbury, Melton, and Wyndham Vale.
CAN I CUSTOMISE THE CAKE?
Yes, you can customise the flavour, spirit, colour, and theme of the cake. Additionally, you can also customise the decorations if your order includes any of the following:
- Silk flowers- We offer a range of colours to choose from.
- Gold acrylic topper message- We require at least one week's notice for any custom messages, except for the "Happy Birthday" topper.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE CAKE?
We accept cards, bank transfers, and PayPal as payment methods. All prices displayed in our online shop or quoted via email are in AUD.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY?
We provide a full refund if you cancel your order two weeks before delivery.
- For cancellations made one week before the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- For cancellations made one day before the scheduled date, you will receive a 25% refund.
