Yes, our delivery is free throughout the Melbourne region.
Yes we deliver everywhere in the Melbourne region up to the following boundaries:
Frankston, Clyde, Belgrave, Coldstream, Whittlesea, Mickelham, Sunbury, Melton & Wyndham Vale.
Yes you can, we will deliver your cake on the date that you would like it delivered. During the order process we will ask for the delivery date. We deliver our cakes using our own refrigerated vehicles to ensure that the cake arrives on time and in good condition.
Yes we deliver Monday to Sunday. If our business is closed for a holiday we will have an announcement that appears while you are in our website.
If your order is placed for delivery while we are closed we will refund your order in full.
We deliver 7 days a week between 8am to 5pm.
The day before delivery we will send you a text message to the phone number listed in your order with an estimated delivery time.
If your event starts before 5pm we can deliver the day before. Your cake will be in a box that can be stored in your fridge.
Feel free to place your order as early as you like. We will make and deliver your cake based on the delivery date that you place in your order.
For cakes that are needed soon, we need a minimum of one day notice.
Order by 10am for delivery as early as the next day.
If ordered with one day notice we may make changes to your order depending on stock supply.
Yes, you can customise the cake colours & flavours. You can also customise your decorations if the cake includes;
- Silk flowers. We have a variety of colours to choose from.
- Gold acrylic topper message. We need one week notice for custom messages excluding the Happy Birthday topper.
For Kid’s cakes and theme cakes you can customise the theme for example Paw Patrol, Cocomelon, Collingwood AFL team etc.
Our cakes have two flavours; the cake base and the cake filling.
Our cake base flavour options are:
* White chocolate mud cake
* Chocolate mud cake
* Red velvet mud cake
Our cake filling flavour options are:
White chocolate, Chocolate, Raspberry, Caramel, Hazelnut, Oreo, Lemon or Orange
Our cake ingredients are: chocolate, milk, flour, eggs, oil and flavours (unless specified).
Our gluten free cakes are replaced with gluten free flour instead of wheat flour.
Our vegan cakes don't contain any animal products i.e. excludes eggs and milk.
All of our cakes are halal as they don’t contain any gelatine, alcohol or animal fats apart from eggs.
Our payment methods are card, bank transfer, Afterpay & Paypal
All prices displayed in our online shop or quoted via email correspondence are in AUD
Our online shop payment transactions are processed by merchants Stripe or PayPal. Their platforms are integrated into our site and offer an extra layer of buyer & seller protection, along with the guarantee that your card information remains private & secure.
We can make a full refund up to two weeks prior to the cake delivery date, 50% refund up to one week prior to the cake delivery date & 25% up to one day prior to the cake delivery date.
